Food & Beverage Vendor Registration
Do you want to be a part of the EV Expo Food and Beverage area? We will have an area set up next to the action with a designated seating area for people to sit and relax between test rides.
The EV Expo aims to ‘walk the talk’ and minimise waste and recyclables generated. Wash Against Waste (WAW) service provides food and drink vendors with re-usable crockery and cutlery that a team of volunteers collect, wash and return to you throughout the day. WAW will save you money, since you won’t need to buy disposable crockery and cutlery in which to serve your food and drinks.
The WAW re-usable items are cleaned using a four stage washing process, which complies with the Food Premises Code of the Department of Human Services and City of Melbourne.
You can, of course, use your own re-usable crockery and cutlery items at the Festival too. If it is not possible for you to use WAW’s re-usable crockery and cutlery or should you wish to use your own utensils and wash up system please let us know. We require that you use recyclable or compostable containers that can then be recycled by the patrons at waste stations positioned throughout the Expo area.
